The intense flavors of ripe raspberries and peaches are combined with a zest of candied lemon that ends in a juicy and pleasant acidity resulting in a lip-smacking finish. Anthèse is very well-balanced and approachable; its bubbles are fine and light.
ANTHÈSE
Your appreciation of our rose Champagne will depend on the time of year and food it will accompany.
It could be shared with a group of friends enjoying a summer garden party, firing grilled fish and sharing little mezze, or an intimate dinner discovering oriental dishes.
100% first press juice
Good to know: All our champagnes are said to be “cuvées” because they are exclusively made with first-press juices. As the name suggests, these most qualitative juices are obtained from the first pressing. Less qualitative size juices (second and third press) do not enter into the production of our champagnes.

Advice from Stéphane Lombardi
Please avoid hot fiery spices and if you want to share the cuvee Anthèse for dessert, you need to avoid too sweet desserts and bitter chocolates, go for fruit desserts with a hint of citrus.
