The Cuvée Hyménée presents a bouquet that is very clear, deep, rich, precise and elegant. It releases mineral flavors of herbs, almonds, yellow fruits and toasted sweetbread. This champagne is full-bodied and round, but pure, straight and fresh with full finesse on the palate. A delicate cuvée, stimulating with refined fruits, it offers a complex structure and a persistent mineral finish. This is excellent.
HYMÉNÉE
The mythical Greek god of marriage, signs this balanced association of two grape varietals contributing equal shares.
100% first press juice
Good to know: All our champagnes are said to be “cuvées” because they are exclusively made with first-press juices. As the name suggests, these most qualitative juices are obtained from the first pressing. Less qualitative size juices (second and third press) do not enter into the production of our champagnes.
